What is the Reward Point Program

Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. Upon purchasing Lambert & Ewers Smoked Meats boxed lunches you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to order items from our rewards catalog

The Reward Point Program began on Sunday 23 November, 2008 . All boxed lunch purchases made after that date will earn points.

How does the Program work?

When an order is placed, online, by phone or fax, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points. All pending points are listed in your Shopping Points account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by Lambert & Ewers Smoked Meats.

Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. You can login onto your account in order to view the status of your points.

During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your catalog items with your points balance. In most cases shipping fees and taxes are included.

Points and Values

Currently, for every $10.00 spent at Lambert & Ewers Smoked Meats you'll earn 1 point
For example:

Boxed Lunch order: $100.00
Number of Points Earned:10

Redeeming Shopping Points

If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made from our rewards catalog. Please call if you do not have a current rewards catalog. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of points you would like to spend. Please note, you do not have to spend all of your points and you will not be allowed to select a reward from a level if there is not a sufficient amount of points in your Shopping Points Account to cover the point cost of your reward.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Minimum Points Required

Currently, a minimum balance of 25 points ($250 total expenditure) is required before you can redeem a reward.
We strongly advise you to check this page often as we may make changes to this policy.

Minimum Purchase Amount Required

Currently, no Minimum Purchase is required to accumulate points. Every boxed lunch purchase will result in the accumulation of points

Will I earn points for tax fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned, the taxes are excluded.

Will I earn points for discounted or special offers on boxed lunches?

Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned, all discounted items or special offers are included but will obviously result in the accumulation of lesser points for those purchases.

Earning Referral Points

"Word-of-Mouth" advertising is the most powerful form of advertising there is.
Referral Points is based on the idea that we should both benefit from your referrals.
When referred friend place an order, during the checkout procces on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Referral code . Your Referral code is your registered email address with us.
When we receive your referred friends completed and approved order, we will reward your Points account with 2.5 points .
The more first time orders we receive from your referrals, the more reward points you will receive.

Product Restrictions - All Rewards Catalog items are subject to availability. No ‘rain checks’. You will be required to choose another gift from the appropriate level if an item you originally choose is sold out.

Conditions of Use - Shopping Points are only available to registered Lambert & Ewers Smoked Meats member's and are only validated at Lambert & Ewers Smoked Meats. Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's. Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. Shopping Points will not be credited for any unpaid boxed lunch orders.
