Our old-fashioned bone-in hams are trimmed of all excessive fat, mildly cured with little salt and cooked for hours in hickory smoke-filled ovens until they are fork-tender and then spirally sliced around the bone. Comes with a jar of our Lambert & Ewers Brown Sugar ham glaze. DELICIOUS!!!
