Our old-fashioned bone-in hams are trimmed of all excessive fat, mildly cured with little salt and cooked for hours in hickory smoke-filled ovens unit they are fork-tender and then spirally sliced around the bone. Comes with a jar of Stonewall Kitchen gourmet ham glaze. Their secret blend of pineapple, honey and spices. DELICIOUS!!
